Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 0.5 cup croutons lightly crushed, optional for crunch
  • black pepper to taste
  • sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, or avocado optional add-ins

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lettuce, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, and black pepper. Toss gently so everything is evenly coated without wilting the greens too much.
  • If the tortillas feel stiff, warm them for a few seconds in a dry skillet or microwave so they are easier to roll.
  • Spoon the filling down the center of each tortilla. If you are using croutons or extra add-ins, layer them on top so they stay a little crunchy.
  • Fold in the sides, roll tightly, then slice in half if you like. Serve right away, or wrap it up for lunch later.

Notes

Keep the lettuce dry so the wrap stays crisp. Add dressing just before serving if you are making it ahead, and do not overfill the tortilla, or it may tear while rolling.
